The Maiden, Mother, Crone Necklace was inspired by three facets of a woman's life. The maiden for her youthfulness (adolescence), vigor, and beginnings. The Mother for her womanhood (adulthood), comfort, and nurturing. The Crone for her wisdom, counsel, and introspection. Women go through all of these phases of life not only physically, but spiritually as well.
This beautiful bundle is made of solid Sterling Silver using a technique called water casting. The Sterling Silver is heated up using a torch. Then as the silver heats up, it drops into dish of water creating silver cups. The cups are hammered flat, a hole is punched in them, and then attached on a Sterling Silver chain or stacked in a ring on an ear wire.
